My story
Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s was an experience that has shaped the woman, mom, wife and friend I am today. Between being a Gen - x’er and experiencing sandwiching, I have been exhausted for many years now. I have been learning how to take care of my body and have made loads of mistakes along the way. I am constantly learning and I would love to help you avoid those mistakes.
Working with essential oils, a functional medicine doctor, red light therapy, and an amazing physical therapist, I have a solid plan and map of how to HEAL and work with the things happening inside my body.
I am excited to be able to be your self care bestie and work with you while you swap out products that are not serving you, routines that are working against you and help you finally breathe that sigh of relief.
I broke the cycle and you can too.
Putting yourself first when you being told that it is selfish can be confusing. It’s not something you are used to. You are constantly letting others pull you around and dictate what and when they want you to do all.the.things.
Not anymore. I am here to help you reclaim YOU. To show you that you are deserving and WORTHY of love. Of putting yourself first, of having that blissful peaceful life that you have always wanted and that you DESERVE.
We can work one on one, with your family or in a group setting. Whatever feels more comfortable to you.
